The Mid Season Tourney will use standard league scoring with each match
having a $100 prize.

Teams are paired up based on league standings.

By default, the payout would be $20 per point but
each group can decide if they would like to change the payout.
For example, winner-takes-all or a simple $50 / $50 chop.
